I am giving this a five simply because it is not a franchise and is owner run. The staff are always friendly. Twice a year we have a large group of friends that worked together at days inn years ago and we meet to stay in touch. No body ever wants to change the place. Food is affordable and we are all comfortable there. Nothing extrodinary nothing bad just a comfortable place to eat that won't break your budget and you can get breakfast anytime.

People here are friendly. There were 3 return customers in 15 minutes that conversed with several staff. Portions are amazing! Prices are reasonable. My husband reports that their fried chicken tastes like his grandma's. My open face roast beef was tender and perfect. I highly recommend coming to this improved old PHut. We were not disappointed.
