Pickles Pub has been the locals favorite spot for good times and great food for over 20 years. Open all year, from 11am to 2am our downtown location is easy to find and has plenty of free parking. We serve lunch, dinner and our entire menu until 1am. We have nightly entertainment all summer and we are the #1 place for sports lots of TVs including a giant high def screen and 6 pool tables.

Pickles Pub is located in the Midway Shopping Center on Philadelphia Ave. They are open every day from 11:30AM - 2AM.
I was looking for a place to go to watch football and grab some good bar food. Several people recommended this place and I'm glad they did. The food and service were both outstanding.
I ordered the award winning pub wings with wing dust and boardwalk fries. The wings were some of the best I've ever had. The wings were a good size, perfectly cooked, and the wing dust (made with old bay and brown sugar) had a great flavor.
MacKenzie and the rest of the staff made my first experience a memorable one. MacKenzie was personable, had great energy, and made some great menu recommendations.
Pickles has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup is available, but there is no delivery.

Nachos were good- split between two people the $24 cost didn’t hurt as much.
Kids got pizza and chicken tenders- both said they were delicious.
Fun pickle theme decorations. Didn’t try the pickle shot but the blue moon on tap was fresh and the pina colada was tasty.

I have a strong appreciation for the name, theme, and bartenders at this establishment. The Big Dill drink and the Sirloin Fries are among my favorite items on the menu. However, I must caution you about visiting on weekends.
Many patrons have noted the conduct of the security personnel at the entrance, particularly one guard with a military background (Army, based on his hat). His demeanor is excessively aggressive, from conducting invasive searches upon entry to handling personal belongings roughly. For instance, if you are wearing a hat, he might forcibly remove and replace it in a disheveled manner. He also has a habit of tossing items like phones, wallets, and keys onto the counter and spinning individuals around for a vigorous search without offering any explanation.
Despite these discomforting encounters, you might find camaraderie with others who have had similar experiences. This shared adversity can make it easy to connect with fellow patrons. Therefore, I would recommend visiting this venue well before nighttime, especially to avoid any interactions with this overly zealous guard.
