One of the cleanest hotel in Boardwalk! If you’re a Starbucks lover. It’s one right next door. We got the ocean view King size. Very spacious! If you have kids. They have 3 pools. One indoor and two outside. One being kiddie with slides ( was sad our visit it was closed being renovated.) The hotel is right on the board walk. Great restaurants next door. Bike rental downstairs. Souvenir shop downstairs as well. A good 30 min walk to the carnival area. Didn’t like the breakfast much. But the service with Gabriel was excellent!!

I'll preface this review with the fact that this is my Birthday weekend and from past experience I decided to celebrate it here at The Holiday Inn. I booked on expedia.
The day we arrived the bathroom was dirty, not wiped down. My husband and I cleaned it ourselves. When it was time for bed, we get in only to find trash, yes trash under the covers at the foot of the bed.
We bought breakfast food to cook but could not due to the horrible conditions of the frying pans provided. They were irreparable, scratched and rusted. Totally unhealthy to use.
I expected for the money and the cost of the stay here that we'd have an even greater experience than before but we did not. I was disappointed. Hopefully this review will prompt the hotel to review its service and ensure it's comparable to the cost. As I see it, the hotel is declining in the area of housekeeping as the overall cleanliness of our room was poor.
Nevertheless we made a go of it and proceeded to enjoy ourselves, after all our monies were non refundable.

Well was disappointed that the poll was not open but in the restaurant there is an indoor pool if you wanna hear kids screaming or people swimming while you’re eating yes, the pool indoor the restaurant then all they do is work outside of my nice ocean view that you couldn’t even sit on the porch because all you hear is drilling and sanding terrible the last day somehow the electric went out. I had to leave my boyfriend in a wheelchair in a walker upstairs with no lights only one elevator working and never knew I was paying for $10 parking. I was never told that now that I drive a five hour ride back home never again
