Cantina Los Agaves Mexican Grill

I ordered takeout from Cantina Los Agaves Mexican Grill in Ocean City, MD. The nacho salad size was alittle underwhelming. It was tastee and the enchiladas were good. There was a bit of a wait for my order, but management was engaged and provided updates on status.

Best margaritas in town. Made to perfection. Food was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Bartender was spot on and a great sense of humor.

If I could rate this zero stars , I would. Ate here on Tuesday 6/15/26 after 7pm. About 2 staff members . Hardly anyone eating here. Took 15 min for someone to acknowledge us at our table, another 10 min then the drinks came. Another 1 hour and the food came but one plate order was freezing cold. One other plate order came out so my husband of 4 people was the only one eating for 10 min alone. Then my one childs come out and it was tiny quesadilla that had no steak in it at all. My 2nd child's food came out 15 min after hers( also she's a type 1 diabetic) who had to dose for food and risk going low waiting all that time. Her fries were super greasy and her food was crap too. Finally after everyone is done eating in my family, my cold plate , now hot came out 1 hr and 30 min later and I eat alone. Food timing so bad. No attentive service . Such a horrible , horrible experience here. Never again. Don't know why the rating is the stars it is. Also asked for and extra salsa that took 30 min to come to us. Ate chips and salsa for an hour til all the food slowly came out one by one ! No music in there at all, weird vibes. quiet but can hear everyone talking and eating. Get more staff. Fire the kitchen staff.
