Where Are the Best Walking Paths in OCMD?
Northside Park
Even without the magical lights of Winterfest, Northside Park on 125th Street in Ocean City, MD is one of the best places for a winter walk, especially if you prefer paved paths. With scenic bayside views, it’s a great spot for a peaceful stroll or a sunset walk before dinner.
Indoor Walking Available: As part of the Just Walk Worcester program, indoor walking is available in the Northside Park gymnasium Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 10 a.m., offering a warm option during colder weather.
Herring Creek Nature Park
Just minutes from Ocean City, Herring Creek Nature Park features a pet-friendly, two-thirds-mile trail that’s perfect for a cool-weather nature walk. On-site parking makes it an easy option for a quick outdoor escape.
White Horse Park
Located about 15 minutes from Ocean City in the Ocean Pines community, the Ocean Pines Nature Trail at White Horse Park features a one-mile gravel loop.
